maidenjediMy Yuletide contribution this year. I'm still not totally happy with the tenses. I think one of things I want to work on this year is my writing *skills* - not writing more, we know how that would end, but the art of writing itself. Hmm.
The title came from the dream that I had after getting the assignment. I just couldn't shake an image of Jimmy Dugan handling a baseball, tracing his fingers over the stitches.
