Day 3 - In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you have created.(
first off, linking back to the challenge master post for reference)
Last Night I Had the Strangest Dream - Stephen King's
IT - Post-book, Richie Tozier in high school and his last run-in with It. Essentially a coming-of-age. It's one of my favorite stories from the smaller fandoms; Richie was always one of my favorite King characters, and it was fun trying to get in his head. I kept him out of a later story because I liked this version of him too well.
A Dread of West and a Love of East -
The X-Files - I've been the most prolific in XF, of course. I've written a lot of stuff I'm fond of, some stuff I think sucks (or could at least have used more work before posting), but the story I like the best is this one, about Scully and the pull she begins to feel leading up to "Patient X."
And Death Shall Have No Dominion -
Buffy the Vampire Slayer - I come back to this story every so often, especially when doing a rewatch, because I wrote it after a really emotional rewatch of the fifth season. I don't really remember when I originally posted it, maybe 2008? In any event, I know I wrote it having knowledge of my mother's illness, because it was while she was sick that season five was the hardest to watch. I haven't written a lot in BtVS and I don't know if I ever will again, but this was hands-down my favorite story there.
