Fic Corner Author Letter

I think this is the first time I've done this exchange. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
A few things you should know about me: I prefer angst over fluff (yup, even in YA), I like happy endings that come after struggle or discord, I love character studies and backstories. I love minor characters in fic, the chance to flesh out what we don't see on the page or screen. Not into pregnancy AU, high school or university AU, or modern AU. BUT I love canon-divergence or AUs within the given universe (a different meet-cute, or a different ending, for example). While I love angst, I don't love trauma, especially of the sexual variety. Not really into a lot of kink or graphic sex (especially for this exchange).
Harry Potter
I've just finished a re-read of the series, and it seems like every I time I do, I crave more stories in this world. I would most like to see Lupin/Tonks, either taking canon as law or an "everybody lives" AU where they get to see their son grow up. Slice-of-life for any character would be awesome - Hermione receiving her Hogwarts letter, Ron watching his brothers go off to Hogwarts and then staying behind with Ginny, and what their sibling relationship might have looked like (from his POV), Harry on an ordinary day at Hogwarts but not actually fighting evil for a few minutes, Remus teaching a Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff class (or teaching older Defense students). AU where Ron and Hermione are growing up in a world without Harry Potter. AU where Remus communicates with Harry from day one and they have a strong relationship. I'd also love Order fic starring Moody, Marlene McKinnon, and Emmeline Vance in some way, first Voldemort war. A Tonks at Hogwarts story would be cool, or Tonks during Auror training, Moody as her mentor.
But really, anything you come up with, because I just want to play in this world a little more.
Little House on the Prairie - Laura Ingalls Wilder
Slice of life for any individual character. Laura and Mary Power maintaining their friendship as they grow older. Something romantic for Charles and Caroline. Laura and Almanzo, early marriage. Mary Ingalls POV for any scene in the novels. Please don't include show canon or too much from the life of the real LIW - the fiction works really well for me and I'd just love to see happier endings all around.
Chronicles of Narnia - CS Lewis
The Pevensie children arrive back through the wardrobe as adults and have to survive. Peter and Susan go back on their own later, have some adventures. Susan's fate shared by one of her siblings. Slice of life as they learn to be kings and queens. Caspian learning to rule, maybe taking lessons from each of the Pevensies in a different way. The close friendship between Tumnus and Lucy. What losing Lucy does to him later.
