Eeeee!  Not Prime Time!

Seriously, I love this exchange.  It hasn't once failed to bring the fun.  Plus, NPT means spring and summer and all that comes with those.  Can't complain.

So, dear writer, know that you have an astronomical chance of making my day, just because we matched and you're writing for me.  :-)

Some details and suggestions under the cut.

Generally speaking: I prefer angst over fluff, I like happy endings that come after struggle or discord, I love character studies and backstories. I love minor characters in fic, the chance to flesh out what we don't see on the page or screen. Not into pregnancy AU, high school or university AU, or modern AU. BUT I love canon-divergence or AUs within the given universe (a different meet-cute, or a different ending, for example). While I love angst, I don't love trauma, especially of the sexual variety. Not really into a lot of kink or graphic sex.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

I've been watching since the very beginning, though my interest had dipped during the first part of this season.  The Framework rekindled my interest in the show completely, and I really love the idea of alternate universes anyway. So, I'm curious about the characters in the Framework, and their relationships while there, primarily. I know by the time you're writing, everything will be jossed, but that's why I say AUs are cool. :-) I also want to say, I would love for AOS fic that acknowledges the rest of the MCU in a significant way. Obviously it needs to actually be AOS-centric, but an example is, what happened to the Avengers in the Framework? Could Maria Hill be HYDRA in that universe? Where's Hank Pym? What about Jane Foster? Have any MCU character interact with someone from AOS, or impact the story in some way, even as a peripheral character, and that'd be pretty awesome.

Otherwise: For Phil/Melinda, I'm just interested in them in general, whenever. Sexual tension, unrequited pining on both sides, a happy ending for them, angst during the time everyone thinks Coulson is dead and May finds out he's alive. A path to romance inside the Framework as long as they are both aware of where they are and what the circumstances are. I'm not into schmoop no matter the pairing, so wine and roses are appreciated most if it takes them down a rocky path first.

For Fitz & Simmons & Daisy & Ward, I definitely prefer Framework, or very early Ward-isn't-evil-yet interaction. In the Framework, Simmons and Daisy getting to Fitz, Ward there for the ride. Ward realizing the truth, and he helps them get out knowing full well he may cease to exist. Any interaction between any two or three of these guys is great, even if Fitz is asleep. Outside the Framework, I'd love an AU where Ward doesn't flip sides, but really I'd just like to see team-building before the reveal about him. I do ship Fitz/Simmons, so please don't go another direction there, except of course if you keep Fitz oblivous. (BTW, all of this applies to Grant Ward & Agents of SHIELD Team, too, though outside the Framework I'd also be interested in very early Grant Ward interactions with May and Coulson).

Peggy Carter & Maria Hill - Any opportunity for the two of them to interact, prior to Steve's return from the ice especially. Peggy as Maria's mentor is an especial wish.

Peggy Carter & Antoine Triplett - Oh, this one. I have this idea about how Trip ends up in Hydra's reeducation facility in the Framework! Maybe Peggy's alive in the Framework, and this goes one of two ways - Peggy is secret HYDRA (I know, I know, but bear with me) and turns in Trip, OR Peggy goes into hiding when HYDRA takes over, and Trip hides her, and is eventually caught. Outside the Framework, I'd love any interaction with Peggy & Trip if it means lots of reminiscing about the Howling Commandos, Peggy being motherly without meaning to be, or Trip taking care of Peggy in some way.

Maria Hill & Bobbi Morse - Inside the Framework, the two of them as rebel leaders. Outside the Framework, Maria recruiting Bobbi or vice versa, the two of them as young agents on assignment together, or as experienced agents having a drink and wondering over what's happened to the world post-Avengers. I'd love for them to include Hope Van Dyne in that last, though it's not necessary. :-)

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Everyone Lives! AUs are my favorite. But if you can make an interaction work within the story as it stands, that's awesome, too!

So, I'd love to see Jyn interacting with Mon Mothma or Leia. Women in the Rebellion bonding would be great! Jyn finding kinship with one or both of them. I'd also be very interested in a conversation between Mothma and Leia about Jyn (about her worth to the Rebellion, whether to trust her, or after the events of the film, an "in memorium" kind of thing). I'd also be interested in a story where Lyra survives, and seeing her and Jyn interact - or, a Force-centric story of Lyra reaching out to Jyn. Mother-daughter dynamics in the Star Wars universe are greatly lacking, and I'd love to see something about these two.

Cassian/Jyn is an ironclad ship for me. Carve out a moment for them, or if they live, let them find a little happiness in the madness. An AU where they meet under better circumstances, or Jyn is always with the Rebellion. Or, if you want to get radical, Jyn is an Imperial officer and Cassian a Rebel, and they have a clandestine relationship. Maybe Jyn, not Galen, gets the Death Star plans to the Rebellion somehow....

Speaking of Cassian, I'd really adore seeing him and Wedge interact.

Mon Mothma/Orson Krennic - my thinking is that they could have had a relationship before the rise of the Empire. Maybe they come from the same planet? He regrets her, but she would rather forget him? And again, maybe someone other than Galen Erso is responsible for getting the Death Star plans to the Rebels.... But I'd be all for unrequited Mon Mothma/Bail Organa, or even requited (as long as Bail's infidelity is considered somehow).

A Song of Ice and Fire
It would be wonderful for Dacey Mormont to either survive or not attend the Red Wedding, leaving her free to eventually meet Brienne of Tarth and the two of them to bond over being women warriors. Dacey serving Sansa would be wonderful, too, and here feel free to build in show canon if you'd like. Dacey and Jon Snow would be very interesting to me - does she see Robb in him, or maybe her attention tends that way from the beginning? Jaime/Brienne is great no matter how you swing it, as long as they both live :-) For Tyrion/Sansa, I'm thinking post-series reunion, or affection that grows in spite of circumstances.

Star Wars Rebels
If you can tie these characters into Rogue One, that's awesome. But aside from that, it'd be great to see very early Kanan/Hera, how they became friends and more. Any tender moments for them in the midst of fighting; Kanan coming to Hera contrite about his feelings for/about joining the Rebel Alliance. Post-blinding, hurt/comfort. Kanan and Ahsoka reminisce about Jedi training. Ahsoka telling Kanan about Anakin Skywalker, and her suspicions before she actually knows about Vadar. Ahsoka reaching out in the Force to guide Kanan after her duel with Vader. Kallus and Zeb, wacky Rebel adventures. Maybe they live through it all, and run into each other years down the road. Rex/Ahsoka, hurt/comfort, war reminiscing.

Mercy Street Really sad this show was cancelled, hoping to keep it alive awhile yet in fic! Every happy thing for Jed and Mary, during and after the war. Going west, going to Europe. Field hospital assignment. War drama, stick them in a situation they might find uncomfortable (tending to enemy captives, coming to terms with their patients and each other). Mary's recovery, Jed far away, letters. Jed and Mary are probably my favorite TV pairing, and anything that ends with them together works for me.  Other ideas, outside Jed and Mary:  Exploration of mentoring relationship btw Mary and Emma, a deeper friendship post-war, letters during the war as they end up serving in separate locations. Matron Brannan taking care of Emma, Emma as a surrogate daughter. Emma and Henry post-war, missionaries, wedding night, enduring happiness. I would love to see Emma as a matriarch figure down the road after the war, but also as a helpmeet and discovering the joy in it.  I think she has a bit of Melanie Wilkes in her.
